Nicely done - I think it's also worth mentioning that there are a ton of different portfolio management tools that are worth looking at.
With a well structured spreadsheet it's worth using a pivot table to toggle between views other than just the Strategyzer framework (although I like that one too.) A different lens can reveal different gaps in the portfolio that might need to be addressed.
